My Policies

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the provided booking platform, MoeGo. 
• Please provide accurate information about your pet’s breed, size, and grooming needs. If the weight is inaccurate, I will have a weight scale in the trailer.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a $35 cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed, but it must be done at least 24 hours in advance. 
• No-shows will be charged a $50 fee to cover the time reserved for the appointment. 

• Payment is due at the time of service. 
• Accepted payment methods include cash (I won't carry change), and debit/credit cards. Checks are okay for repeat clients.

Required:

• Rabies vaccination: It is required by law in many areas for all dogs. It helps prevent the spread of this fatal disease, which can be transmitted to humans and other animals. 
• Distemper, Parvovirus, and Adenovirus (DHPP or DA2PP):  This combination vaccine protects against several potentially deadly diseases, including canine distemper, parvovirus, and hepatitis. It is typically required for dogs in grooming settings to ensure the health and safety of all pets. 

Recommended: 

•  Bordetella (Kennel Cough):  Bordetella vaccination helps protect against kennel cough, a highly contagious respiratory infection. While not always mandatory, it is strongly recommended for dogs that will be around other dogs in settings like grooming salons or boarding facilities. 

• Pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases. If your pet is unwell, please reschedule. 
• The groomer reserves the right to refuse service if the pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or poor behavior. 

• The truck and 7x12 trailer require 27 feet of space to park safely and access your pet.  
• I will not be able to park at a regular driveway unless it's a very long driveway.
• Street parking is preferred.
• I will not be able to groom at apartment complexes due to parking limitations.

• Grooming may be delayed or rescheduled in cases of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme heat. 

• The groomer requires privacy and a calm environment for your pet during the grooming session.
• The groomer will not be able to work with pets that are left unattended outside or in stressful environments.
